Crowns3bc b4c8b9f847 New maps and potential new mob spawns 
Added a "Gateway" map which leads to new maps
- Underground Cliffs
   - 4 potential mob spawns
   - 3 spawns and 3 doors (2 of each unused for now)

- Underground Hills
   - 4 potential mob spawns (2 planned, 2 unplanned)
   - 3 spawns and 3 doors (2 of each unused, but 1 planned)

- Mystical Forest
   - 6 potential mob spawns (3 done, 3 planned)
   - 1 spawn 1 door

- Spider Instance
   - minimal plans but is technically setup as a map with entrance, death point, key requirement
   - further development needed

- Main & Halloween changes
   - added a spawn and door to main that links to Gateway
   - added a spawn and door to halloween that links to Mystical Forest

Normalized Drop Rates for Main Stat Accessories
Drop rates for Strength, Intelligence, and Dexterity accessories (amulets, rings, and belts) have been equalized.

Increased the scaling of Mistletoe Earring.

Normalized main stat amulets. all have equal scaling and starting points.

Telokis f3a5f4125b Align firebow with other fire weapons (#131) 
* Align firebow with other fire weapons

Detailed changes:
- Now possible to dismantle firebow
- Firebow essenceoffire cost reduced to 1 (was 2)
- Firebow crafting cost reduced to 20k (was 40k)
- Firebow can be looted from the phoenix
- Firebow can be obtained from weaponbox
