PolyComm - A Poly-Friendly Kinky Conversation Starter

Inspiration

The inspiration for our project comes from previous experiences with couples sex quizzes.

The basic idea is to create a giant menu of options, have each person in the relationship do a self-inventory of the items and then we generate a report of overlapping or compatible answers as a conversation starter.

Goals

We want to create a sex positive, poly, queer and gender-neutral tool for the same kinds of conversation starters.

The goal is not to shame anybody for anything and to foster good conversations.

Project Guidelines

Generative AI is used here to generate documentation, manage the project housekeeping and project layyout.

It is not going to be used to generate code. We're accepting help from the computers for what they're good at and help from the humans for what they're good at.

Overview

We will let users set up and name their relationship, invite as many other users to it as they see fit. Users in that relationship will all be given access to the same quiz and matches therein will be communicated back to them.

Relationship Management

We will provide a user-friendly interface for managing relationships, including adding and removing users, setting relationship names, and managing access to quizzes.

Interface

An interface will be provided for users to interact with the relationships of which they are a part. Adding questions/topics will be a first-class feature; we don't intend to provide an exhaustive list of every possible thing or nomenclature up front. If you are into something we didn't already think to include, that's going to be supported.
