For accessories there's an entirely different system. You can compound 3 accessories of the same level to make a higher level, stronger version. Whenever you gather 3 accessories of the same kind that you don't equip, combine them to make a stronger accessory and free up inventory space!

You'll just need gold to buy the gear and scrolls, so leave your character with Code open so your character farms gold.
